• We deliver to selected areas. Please check availability before placing your order.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.).
• Ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect details.

• You may cancel your order before it is processed for dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
• Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds or replacements are only offered in cases of:
  • Incorrect or damaged items delivered
  • Order not delivered
• For any issues, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order details and photos (if applicable).
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
