eGift Card Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase, use, and redemption of eGift Cards issued by Gourmet Meat Depot ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using an eGift Card, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Purchase & Delivery
  • eGift Cards can be purchased online through gourmetmeatdepot.com using approved payment methods.
  • Upon successful payment, the eGift Card will be delivered via email to the recipient provided at checkout.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the correct recipient email address is entered. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected eGift Cards due to incorrect details.
2. Redemption
  • eGift Cards are redeemable only for eligible products and services listed on gourmetmeatdepot.com.
  • To redeem, enter the unique eGift Card code during checkout.
  • eGift Cards are valid for purchases made online only and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit except as required by law.
  • If your order total exceeds the value of the eGift Card, the remaining balance must be paid via an accepted payment method.
  • If your order total is less than the value of the eGift Card, any unused balance will remain on the eGift Card for future purchases until expiry.
3. Validity & Expiry
  • eGift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
  • Any unused balance after expiry will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or reactivated.
4. Restrictions
  • eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cannot be used to purchase additional eGift Cards.
  • Cannot be used for purchases outside of gourmetmeatdepot.com or at physical outlets (if any), unless specifically stated.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold eGift Cards and orders for suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or violation of these Terms.
5. Lost or Stolen eGift Cards
  • Please treat your eGift Card code as cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of eGift Cards.
  • Lost or stolen eGift Cards may not be replaced or reissued. Contact us immediately if you believe your eGift Card has been compromised.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
  • eGift Card purchases are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded after the code is issued, except as required by law.
  • If you return an item purchased using an eGift Card, the refund (if approved) will be credited back to the original eGift Card, as per our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
7. Changes to eGift Card Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the new effective date. Continued use of eGift Cards after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
