Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Gourmet Meat Depot Loyalty Program ("Program"). By enrolling or participating, you agree to these Terms in full.

• The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older with a registered account at gourmetmeatdepot.com.
• Employees, affiliates, and partners of Gourmet Meat Depot may be excluded from certain rewards at our discretion.

• You earn loyalty points ("Points") for qualifying purchases made on our website.
• Points may also be earned through specific promotional activities, as announced from time to time.
• Points are credited to your account after the completion of a qualifying order and may take up to 48 hours to appear.

• Points can be redeemed for discounts, free products, or other rewards as listed on our website.
• Redemption options and required points may change at any time without prior notice.
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
• If you return or cancel a purchase for which points were earned, the corresponding points will be deducted from your account.

• Points are valid for 12 months from the date of earning, unless otherwise stated.
• Expired points will be automatically removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program (in whole or in part) at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
• Any unused points at the time of termination will be forfeited and have no cash value.

• We reserve the right to withhold, deduct, or cancel points and/or terminate your participation if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.
• Points earned via manipulation, false orders, or other prohibited means will be void.

• Participation in the Program is voluntary and subject to these Terms and our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
• Any disputes arising from the Program shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of your city/state (e.g., Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh).
